Data Controller: Boreas Teknoloji ve Endüstri Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Company”)

As Boreas Teknoloji ve Endüstri Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, we attach importance to the security and privacy of your personal data; in our capacity as “data controller” under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), we hereby inform you within the following scope:

A. Method of Collection and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing or electronically via the Kariyer.net platform, our company websites, e-mail, physical applications or interviews. This data is processed within the framework of the processing conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

B. Purposes of Processing

Your collected personal data will be processed for the purposes of:

• Carrying out job application and recruitment processes and assessing the suitability of candidate qualifications for open positions,
• Conducting the necessary interview and verification/analysis work by our relevant business units,
• Conducting communication activities and contacting candidates,
• Fulfilling legal and regulatory requirements and responding to information/document requests from public authorities,
• Implementing and developing our Company’s Human Resources policies and strategies.

C. Parties to Whom Your Personal Data May Be Transferred

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to Boreas Teknoloji ve Endüstri Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi’s affiliated centers and units, our subsidiaries, business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, judicial/administrative authorities and, where necessary for the performance of the service, to third parties domestically or abroad, within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

D. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to request the correction of incomplete/incorrect data, and to request the deletion of your data. To exercise your rights, you may apply to our Company in writing or via the registered electronic mail address; boreas@hs03.kep.tr (KEP).
