Our Values

In seafaring, the compass is the guide that gives us the power to find our way. That is why we built our corporate values guide on this very word: “Pusula”, Turkish for compass. It is a framework that defines how Boreas works and points the direction of our shared values.

For thousands of years, the compass has shown north to everyone seeking their way. On the path we have set out on with these values, we have set the course of Boreas, the wind that blows from the north (poyraz), with our “Pusula”.
